摘要:本发明公开了一种与橡胶树育种性状相关的SNP位点组合及其应用,属于分子生物技术领域。本发明所采用的298个SNP位点与橡胶树的树皮厚度、耐寒性、茎围生产速率、胶乳产量和乳管数量等重要育种性状相关,其可应用于橡胶树的分子标记辅助育种工作中,通过测定橡胶树个体DNA中这298个SNP位点的基因型,快速分析种质资源,确定育种亲本材料中携带的优势等位基因,加快育种进程。此外,298个SNP位点数量相对较少,不仅降低了基因型检测的成本,与全基因组的SNP位点相比,更适用于大量样本的粗筛,且较全基因组的SNP位点而言在对橡胶树育种的综合性状评估上更具优势。
